Congratulations, Erin & Dayton!!!

The coveted 10/10 date… always the most requested date every year. And this year, it landed on a Saturday. Eeep. Early bird gets the worm folks! LOL.

Erin being an artist had a true eye for all the details. From her welcome sign, thank you notes, cake design and labels. All her. They even brought in a live artist to make mini portraits of guests.

Their entourage were all a ball of fun. Tight knit group of friends with lots of energy. All there to hype up their people, give them love and show off their hidden talents on the dancefloor.

Erin & Dayton had so many amazing prizes for their guest. Pokemon packs and smiski’s thrown out to the guests as the party entered. 4 huge gift baskets to raffle off that all the guests were anxiously waiting. Along with fresh stuffed mochi and chocolate dipped Oreos to leave the night with.

The perfect day for a sweet couple. May your love shine brighter than the stars and last for eternity. Cheers @herroeribear & @daylee_dose10

Winnie & Jeffrey’s destination wedding at Lanikuhonua @lanikuhonua was the perfect blend of timeless elegance, romance, and sweetness.

With a beautiful white-and-green palette and thoughtful touches inspired by Japanese, Chinese, and Hawaiian culture, every part of their day felt so personal and meaningful. From the oceanfront ceremony to cake cutting, a champagne tower, and late-night ice cream, their celebration was filled with joy, beauty, and so much love.

ohhh how I love a gallery delivery day!!

spent 12 hours alongside this beautiful couple — helping with posing, creative direction, keeping things moving, and documenting all the little moments in between while they celebrated all weekend long.
then comes the part no one really sees:
-1000+ hand-edited images
-every frame individually curated + refined
-every detail, tear, blurry dance floor moment + quiet in-between preserved
-one final gallery that feels like their weekend from beginning to end
-delivered 6–8 weeks after your wedding, because your photos deserve just as much care after the day as they received while I was there 🤍

there’s something so special about finally hitting send and knowing they get to experience it all over again.

to michelle & jake — thank you again for choosing me to capture these memories for you. getting to witness your weekend and preserve it exactly as it felt was such a gift 🥹🤍

You probably spent a lot of time choosing your wedding vendors.

You looked through galleries.
Read reviews.
Compared options.
Asked questions.

And chose the people you trusted to make your wedding day happen.
But there’s another part of the equation that doesn’t get talked about as much:

Are your vendors being given what they need to do their best work?

Your photographer needs a timeline that considers the light and gives them room to move.

Your florist needs enough time to complete setup and a place to keep arrangements out of the Hawaii heat for as long as possible.

Your DJ needs the right power setup and technical details confirmed before wedding morning.

Your hair and makeup team needs a timeline that gives them enough time to work without racing to catch up.

None of this is about your vendors being difficult or high-maintenance. They’re simply the conditions that allow talented people to use their skills well.

And figuring all of that out shouldn’t fall on you.

A big part of our job as your Hawaii wedding planner is looking at the entire team and asking, “What does each person need to do their best work?”

We’re sharing more about what that looks like behind the scenes, including a few things you can do to help your own planning team.

W+J‘s ceremony design was so unique, with a half-moon floral installation surrounding a circular platform. The white and green palette felt timeless, elegant, and beautifully connected to the natural Hawaiian landscape.

The reception took place under a tent filled with crystal chandeliers, olive green French-inspired floral linens, orchids, candlelight, a champagne tower, and beautifully curated details throughout.

Such a beautiful vision brought to life by the incredible planner @finishingtouchhawaii and florist @suvexpressions Every detail came together so thoughtfully and beautifully.

Can’t wait to share more photos from this beautiful wedding soon!

Day 2: Oahu Trip September 2026

Congratulations Sondra and Koto. Your wedding was giving and a time was had! We admired your love, danced the night, and made lasting memories. I love a reason to dress up! Jazelle never took off her sparkly pink (kitten) heels. The boys looked dapper in their suit and tie. Everything was chefs kiss. #hawaiiwedding #hiltonhawaiianvillage #suitandtieaffair #dancethenightaway #whenyoutrustgod
