One of my customers & friends @ta2chucho redid my tribal piece. Highly recommend. We ripped a bunch of pitch black packs during and after. Got totally shafted on those. Don't ask me to choose your box when buying sealed 🀣

As one last way to say goodbye and give back to the Chicago beyblade community, @austiefrosty_beyblade let me choose this weeks format for @redemption_vault ! Of course I had to choose something that would bring the funky non-meta builds out 😜 So I chose the β€œSunnySnow” Inazuma format modified by @sunbro_bbx and @austiefrosty_beyblade. I’ll let Frosty take it from here with rules and prizing: β€œπŸ… PRIZES Courtesy of Kale, Chishio, **and** Beys and Bricks (please check them out!!), we have a lot on the table for our top 3! As for **products**, Top 3 will have a choice between the **Beyblade X Xtreme Expansion Set (the Hasbro Knight Mail set), the Ring Aether 0-80 DS Starter Set, or the Blitz Bahamut BK 1-50 I Starter Set!** First place gets first dibs! Beyond that, we also have: πŸ₯‡ First Place - $50 Cash - $25 in Beys and Bricks Store Credit πŸ₯ˆ Second Place - $30 Cash - $20 in Beys and Bricks Store Credit πŸ₯‰ Third Place - $20 Cash - $15 in Beys and Bricks Store Credit πŸ… Swiss Royalty, the Blader to place First after our 5 Swiss rounds, will receive the **Saber Samurai 2-70 L Victory Grip Launcher Set**!!! πŸ… There will also be two raffles held for any Bladers who do *not* place in the top cut. Their prizes include: - Tide Whale 5-80 E Booster Pack - Gust Bat 3-85 GP Booster Pack + Feather Phoenix 2-60 N Starter Set This will also serve as your reminder that we will be doing Top 16 **if we have 30 or more bladers in attendance!** Secondly, let’s talk about Dran Sword V2. Some Bladers are starting to get their hands on it, and just in the event that we see it pop up this week, **Dran Sword V2 will cost 7pts for the SunnySnow Inazuma Format.** β€˜Classic’ Dran Sword will still count for 3pts! The attached graphic lays out how judges or competitors can easily identify a Dran Sword V2. ⏰ Time & Other Details Signups start at 6pm, with an estimated event start time of 6:45pm. I will reserve some spots for late arrivals, please let me know ahead of time if you will be late. Entry is $10 for guests! In terms of information, that is all for now! I look forward to seeing everyone in Orland Park on August 27th!”

My third show in the books and by far the coldest. When people would enter the conference center they would turn right, that entire side of the room was normal temperature or one would classify it as warm. If you turn the other direction you would eventually hit what felt like a wall because when you stepped past a certain point in the room it became frigid to a point that it was painful. Myself, multiple other vendors, and multiple customers were verbally complaining not to mention you could physically see how cold they were. @redemption_vault claimed they didn't know and they "weren't sure of the cold you speak of." Around 2:30 after multiple vendors around me confirmed how cold it was something was finally done. I'm home now, I didn't break even, I'm physically ill, but I still managed to make some new connections and see some kids smile after making some purchases and getting some free cards. Redemption vault puts on a good show but in my opinion there is no way you could have walked around that hall and not noticed the significant difference between the different halves of the room. Picture walking inside a normal kitchen and then entering the freezer I'm not exaggerating when I say that is how it felt when you walked past that invisible wall. Thank you for a good show but please do better next time. Not all of us are 20. As you age, your body reacts different to cold, especially when every fan and every AC unit is on full blast blowing down on you sitting still behind a table. You can't leave your cards so you really can't walk around to get warm. With it being 80Β° outside I didn't think I would need to bring a coat or hoodie. Looking at what a lot of the customers were wearing they didn't either. But they didn't hang out on our side of the room for very long until the temperature was fixed. Definitely hurt sales. #cardshow #cold #dobetter #countryside #stillcold
