I know! I know! It's hard to think about December holidays when it's still Spooky Season but believe it or not, Phoestivus is JUST around the corner. ❄️ Phreddie is awake from his year long slumber and he is READY TO GO! Phreddie is waiting to hear from all of you lovely vendors!! He still has some spots available for both weekends, but they are filling up fast!! If you are looking for a quirky and fun way to sell your locally made wares then look no further!!! 🩵 We are embarking on our 17th Phoestivus and the only thing that will make it better than the previous years is YOU!!! Submit your application today through the OFFICIAL Phoestivus website! Holiday's are for local and we got you covered!!! ❄️ Please note, applications are available on the official Phoestivus website. We will never reach out to you first. It has come to our attention there might be someone emailing people and pretending to be us. The ONLY application that is valid is the one on our website. We might contact vendors from previous years through instagram but that is all. Unfortunately, scammers exist so if there is any question please reach out to lisabcommunityfoodconnections@gmail.com Vendors who have been accepted will be emailed first, and no invoices have gone out or will until November. The invoices will be coming from Community Food Connections, the nonprofit that operates both Phoestivus and the Downtown Phoenix Farmers Market. ✨Happy market eve, downtown!! Hope everyone has had an amazing week and is ready to come hangout at their favorite farmers market tomorrow? We can’t wait to see y’all!! Produce is slowly but surely returning for a couple of our farms who took some pretty hard hits this summer due to rain and weather. Blue Sky Organic Farms has been harvesting all week and is happy to be bringing radishes, Armenian cucumbers, zucchini and arugula!! Recycled City also has more produce this week so be sure to come early, produce is the first thing to go. 🥬🥒🥕 Speaking of hard hits, our friends at Just Farm took a huge hit this past week during a micro burst that devastated most of their crops. They are still coming tomorrow but you might see a little less on the table. Show them some love and support by buying some of their fresh greens, micro greens, or even a tee shirt. If nothing else, stop by and say hello as they could definitely use some extra kindness this weekend! 💚🫜 Be sure to visit Crooked Sky Farms for all your PUMPKIN needs!!! 🎃✨🎃 We also welcome back Doughy Dreams, Outta Town Pop, Fruit Sea AZ, Sita and Sarah, The Broken Butcher and Sauce Witch, just to name a few. Tomorrow is also the Community Play Date, hosted by the Arizona Center!! So bring the little ones and plan on staying for a little extra playtime! There will be bouncy houses, crafts, noisy play areas and quiet chill ones. There might even be some free plushy frogs (while supplies last)!! 🐸 We’ve got a little something planned for everyone so set your alarms, rest up and no need to grab coffee before you come, we got you covered!! Happy Market Eve downtown! Tomorrow’s lineup is pretty close to perfection, you aren’t gonna wanna miss.
