Currently at the airport, waiting for a flight back to Toronto, realizing that I absolutely do not have enough words to describe the last 3 days. (I'll try later, but may just end up flailing in some dm's!) I never thought I'd have the chance to see @sweptawaymusical after seeing it in 2022 at @berkeleyrep especially once the criminally early closing was announced.

Then the extension happened, and my previous thought of, "well, maybe I can afford to come out and see it once in the spring" turned into a whirlwind of number-crunching, offers of friendship and air mattreses, too-little sleep (sorry, @starkweather I didn't get near enough rest as you suggested) new friends, meaningful conversation & solid hugs at the stage door, and renewing my gratitude at this powerhouse of a show.

See you down the road 💙⚓️💙

My last “gig” Pre Corona was at @thegarden with. Didn’t know I’d be forced into retirement just a few days after this. Lol. At least we went out on top!

On my way to NYC and while I’m v excited about it, I’ve developed a lot of travel anxiety recently. It’s inconvenient because it’s happening at a time when I’m traveling more than ever. I’m so lucky to have such amazing and talented friends that I get to work with so while this trip is very much about business, I’m fortunate that every aspect of my work is shared with people that have become my closest friends. Whenever I am having a rough time, I focus on how many incredible people I get to share this experience with.

This is my super friend @deemp14. She's a medical assistant at an urgent care clinic and a nursing student, not to mention, one of the hardest working ladies I know! I asked her to tell you about ✨Super Glow✨ since I only use 👼🏻Super Pure👼🏻 and 💦Super Bounce💦. I also asked her to talk about what makes her Super! We all need a little time to get praised for our awesomeness!! "I have all three super serums but I will say that my most favorite one would be the Super Glow because it literally gives a bit of a glow to my face. My second favorite is the Super Pure because it had gotten some of those stubborn blemishes to calm down and not be so noticeable on my face.
What makes me super is the ‘super me’ that wears the scrubs. Every day when I wake up and put those scrubs on, I become the person to take care of the ill and injured from the very young to the very old, to provide education, treatment and comfort. Every shift is different, I can be one day wrapping up ankles, bandaging wounds and giving breathing treatments to another day holding the hand of someone that is dying. This profession takes heavy tolls emotionally and physically and can be so overwhelmingly stressful at times but regardless I still wake up every day and become the person that takes care of you. This profession gives me strength, confidence and the power to be super. I cannot see myself doing anything else with my life and I look forward to entering into the career of nursing and see where that will take me." #glossierrep #glossiersupers #glossiersuperpure #glossiersuperglow #glossiersuperbounce #skincare
