Send us a DM if you are a member of a community organization interested in learning to row.

Or help spread the word by sharing this post with NYC-based community organizations.

More info at the link in our bio.

Had such a nice time learning about Red Hook’s Sustainable Communities Programming with many of our wonderful neighbors! This local committee is guided by Audobon International, who uses three pillars of sustainability to ensure the needs, priorities, resources, & challenges are addressed within our community. In recent years, our local committee has begun to assess all areas of our Town here in Red Hook, to ensure the long term preservation & success of those areas of our community we hold closest to our hearts ❤️ What an important conversation to be had by all! Thank you for using The O Zone as the venue for this event 🌷

The commons are things that no one owns and are shared by all.
- Think Like a Commoner

I have learned how dangerous our ignorance of the commons is. It simply enables the private plunder of our common wealth.
