Hello, sinners(Sinners, if you're Black).

Here are some images from the original Dead of Night that I did as a live show in a basement theater in Austin, TX.

At the time, it was yet another one of my goofy supernatural comedy ideas that I honestly didn't think much about after the run of shows was over. After the WGA strike of 2023, I decided that I wanted to make something of my own. While deciding what, Dead of Night kept bubbling to the surface. Turns out, I had a lot more ideas about this show and its world.

So I wrote a pilot. Then I started sending it around to people I like working with, saying take a look at this, let me know if it's something you'd want to be a part of. To my good fortune, people were in. To my even gooder fortune, a lot of very talented people I don't know ended up being interested as well.

The talk show portion of said pilot has been shot, but there are some things left to shoot and there's the entirety of post production. So we are doing a second crowdfund to get this thing across the finish line and beamed into your brains.

I'm pretty proud of this thing and I think it's something that once the pilot is done, someone in those big offices will let us keep making. So if you like my work (or the work of other people involved), consider donating. Or sharing the link around to people you think would like something like this. I don't want to limit you, so also feel free to do both.

The IndieGoGo link is, as they say, in bio.
