@redwoodpdx in Montavilla serves up scratch-made breakfast and lunch with some delicious vegan options in a cozy and welcoming neighborhood environment. They are open for dine-in and takeout Wed – Fri 9 AM – 2PM, Sat – Sun 8 AM – 2:30 PM.
⠀
We savored:
⠀
Vegan Hash – Yukon Gold potatoes, kale, roasted squash, shiitake mushrooms, caramelized onions, herby @beyondmeat sausage, pepitas, and roasted poblano sauce. This was hearty, flavorful, and comforting. Served with sourdough toast.
⠀
Vegan Breakfast Sandwich – herby @beyondmeat sausage, arugula, pickled red onion, and poblano sauce on toasted ciabatta. This was hearty and satisfying.

Don’t feel PROV-ALONE this month! Quesa is here to keep you company with a full calendar of surprises! 🩷🧀

2026 has started off as a very scary year. Which is why I am very excited to be partnering with a variety of nonprofits and mutual aid orgs to support those who need our help. I still firmly believe that our joy is a powerful tool of revolution. You can’t imagine a future from a present you cannot manifest that same hope. And so while you’re marching and fighting, please be sure to laugh and love along the way. There’s lots to do, so I will see you out there, cheesies! ✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽 #pdx #pdxnow #portland #portlandoregon #quesadmondays

It was an honor to host the annual @metba_montavillabiz meeting tonight - and thanks to @redwoodpdx , @yahalapdx and @polishbrewer for bringing the nom! Montavilla businesses go so hard, above and beyond. A special thank you to METBA president @neilmattson of @mgsguitar for leading tonight’s meeting - Neil and the board and committee members do everything from community rallying to government lobbying to grant writing to Street Fair planning ..
⬇️⬇️
.. all while quietly caring for the neighborhood (read: plaza trash pick up.. and midnight dashes to cover the outdoor community piano ☔️).

Thank you METBA, cheers to our newly elected board members, and very excited for the soon-to-be-announced work underway! #meetmeinmontavilla 🚋 #montavillapdx
