November was filled with too many blessings💫 the ocean, champagne, cake, rest and new beginnings. I’ve been overwhelmed by all of the thoughtful messages I received since going live with @eleven_consultancy - thank you for the love and support, it means so very much to me. I then celebrated my birthday at @palmheightsgc - nothing like launching a business and going on vacation a few days later, right?! 😬🫠 Ending the month feeling deeply grateful to work in an industry filled with incredible people and to be surrounded by so many special people in my life. 🤍 The eleventh month of this year did not disappoint! ♏️🦂

When Reece first came to me, he was tired, drained, and frustrated. He was training, trying to eat well…but nothing was sticking. Consistency felt impossible.

We built a simple, tailored program to him which consisted of clear workouts, structured macros, and a plan that worked around his hectic schedule.

The biggest challenge? Sticking to it during work travel and long days. There were doubts, moments of “Am I doing this right?”… but he showed up anyway👊🏽

Six months later? Reece has lost fat and built muscle simultaneously… and built habits that stick. More energy. More confidence. More control over his life.

What stands out most isn’t just the weight loss though, it’s the discipline he’s developed, the mindset he’s built, and the fact that he proved to himself he can follow through, even when it’s hard.

9.7.2024 Happy Anniversary my love! I could live this day a million times over with you & our friends. Been talking about do a shag cut for months now. Definitely didn't plan on doing it yesterday or any time this year.

But when I took out my extensions,and not having a cut for a year, the master @reecewalkerhair said it was time for a cut. What started out as a chop of dead ends, turned into one of my all time favorite cuts of all time!

Thank you babe!!! I am beyond obsessed!!!
