REACT. DON’T GUESS. 🎯

Reece Wolfe | Newcastle ’27 ⚡️

Really good work with Reece getting the swing to work no matter where the baseball shows up.

The biggest focus:

STOP ASSUMING. START REACTING.

You can’t decide where the pitch is going before it gets there.

See it.
Let it travel.
Stay through it.
BACKSPIN IT TO ALL FIELDS. 💥

We also worked heavily on hinging into the back hip and staying connected to the inside of the back foot. That allows the body to HOLD BACK when the speed changes without losing the ability to fire.

That’s the separator.

Fastball? On time.
Offspeed? Adjust.
Ball in your zone? DO DAMAGE.

The goal isn’t to have one swing for one pitch.

BUILD A SWING THAT PLAYS. I am really liking where Reece's swing is headed. 🔋

I can’t put it into words how grateful I am for these guys I now call my brothers, it didn’t end how we planned but I had the best 4 years of baseball of my life. I love each and everyone of these dudes and wish the best for them. #7out

Words cant explain the love I have for these guys and this team. Through the peaks and valleys we grew together like I thought we never would. We came up short and didn’t reach the goal we knew was at our finger tips, but it was the most fun 4 years of my life. #3out
