More about Victoria...

“Coach V”ictoria is a holistic personal trainer and integrative coach who works with adults who desire to live a healthier lifestyle and move more confidently in their bodies to continue to keep up with the quality of life that they want as they continue to age. By leveraging skills in personal training, nutrition education, and mindset matters, she helps clients reach their fitness goals and develop the habits to sustain those results.

Coach V is originally from Asheville, NC. After meeting her now husband (Chris) at NC State University, they moved to Greensboro, NC and have called this city their home for the last 22 years. Victoria has been in her field for 6 years now. Prior to that, she was a preschool teacher, owning and operating her own home preschool for 8 years until COVID. In addition to enlightening others, Victoria also homeschools her daughter and makes jewelry. Her specialty is waist beads.

Victoria has personally experienced the struggles of weight gain/loss, lack of motivation/self-discipline, and extreme dieting/workout regimens, so she is passionate about providing the support and sharing the knowledge that will help other women adopt and stick to a healthier lifestyle, once and for all.

Being a cancer survivor has given Victoria an opportunity to see life differently. Learning invaluable lessons about grace, faith, gratitude, and walking with God, she is openly grateful for that experience. She is now more equipped to support others as they go through similar life lessons, and the mental health struggles that come along with them, while on their fitness journeys.

💚 KIDNEY DISEASE AWARENESS 💚

💚 Every ribbon represents a journey. Every act of awareness inspires hope in individuals, families, and communities. 💚

In celebration of our 3-Year Anniversary, we are honored to recognize Kidney Disease Awareness and reaffirm the importance of awareness, education, and compassion in building healthier, stronger communities.

May this ribbon serve as a symbol of hope, courage, and resilience—encouraging meaningful conversations, inspiring greater understanding, and reminding us that together, we have the power to make a lasting difference.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Queen Ann’s Court for proudly sponsoring this awareness initiative. Their generosity helps advance awareness, inspire hope, and strengthen our shared commitment to a healthier, more informed community.

💚 Together, we honor. Together, we inspire. Together, we make a difference. 💚

Children's Day means it's time for the Children's Choir to sing once again.

I was happy to be asked to sing a solo once again, Ms. Shaunesi said she trusts me😉

They gave me the mic at church, again!

Just before Resurrection Sunday my Auntie called and asked if I would be willing to sing a solo. My answer was yes!

I love singing and was so happy to get to sing another solo at church on such a special day.

Sometimes, telling the story is scary. But, when you live it or learn the character to understand it...it can change minds, hearts, and lives.

Thank you, Coach Sky, for trusting me to tell this story. I hope it will help other Brown Girls Rise!
