|28 Day challenge| Promo video looking good 🔥Thanks @besrappa for this amazing work 🙏🏾📸🎥 music by @iamcxrdib ____________________________________________________________ Contact me for group training sessions or visit website on link for the 28 day challenge. ________________________________________________________ Schedule for group class Monday 6:30pm-7:30 Wednesday 6pm-7pm Thursday 7pm-8pm _________________________________________________ Real and raw back story: On this day I was physically exhausted from working hard the whole day, discouraged to shoot the workouts per my calendar for November challenges, beating myself down mentally, I literally teared up was emotional ( bruh I just wanted to go to sleep) I was worried about everything,my motivation, my energy, including shooting with a new videographer that I hadn’t worked with before, I entertained self doubt and fear in my mind but God..... in that very moment I said a prayer, for God to give me strength, direction and motivation for the night. I don’t know when it kicked it but it was STRONGER than a pre work out. So many things started to fall in place, the universe was working minute by minute to support me into my goals, I had a great successful shoot. Above and beyond my expectations. Glory to God. ———————————————————- Do not let fear talk you out, you have power over fear. Do what you can and God will do what you can’t. ________________________
