Our Junior Development Program is helping secure the competitive future of the Club — building loyalty, a strong sense of belonging, valuing every individual, and teaching Juniors the importance of supporting teammates.

Yes, we focus on individual performances, but we also place value on learning how to work as a supportive, competitive and strategic Team.

While our Juniors are forefront of our development pathway, none of what we do today would be possible without the incredible foundation laid by 62 years of SRSC Members.

From local Teams Events to National and International competition, generations of Mighty Snapper surfers have proudly worn the SRSC colours, set the standard and paved the way for the current crop of groms to follow.
