Dragon Con 2026 is officially in the books, and I had a BLAST!

Hung out with friends, panelist on 3 panels, attended everything from Firefly to puppet building, survived after party after after party after after party, sang along to Buffy: Once More, with Feeling, attended the Mari & Friends dinner Party and practically lived off the Peachtree Center food court. 😂

Can’t wait to do it all again next year!

2027 Dragon Con memberships are NOW ON SALE at their cheapest price! 5-Day Membership: $115 + $7 service fee ($122 total)

#aboutlastnight ✨🔮🌙 A little magic, a LOT of nostalgia, and the best coven of company! I had an enchanting evening at the Atlanta advanced screening of Practical Magic 2 with Queen @marykayandrews and a few of my favorite witches-in-crime.

Magical moment of the night? Running into my dear friend @itsmistye who I hadn’t seen since college. It was so special!

Some movies are better when you experience the magic together and this is one of those movies.
So get your coven together and see @practicalmagicmovie in theaters September 10th🔮
Thanks @alliedglobalmarketing for for a magical night!

#aboutlastnight I had an absolute blast moderating the “Urban Fantasy Lit Lounge: Meet The Authors” panel at @dragoncon 🐉 Huge thanks to authors to Anne Shlea, @jarodkanderson @beccalynnmathis @cate_baumer and @talesbybob for sharing your stories, insights, and general bookish brilliance. Thank you to Carol Malcolm and the awesome Urban Fantasy track volunteers.

And an equally huge THANK YOU to everyone who showed up, asked questions, laughed along, and made this panel such a fun place to be. I loved seeing friends and people I admire in the audience. 🥰 It was special for me because it was my first time moderating a book panel at Dragon Con and definitely won’t be my last 🙌🙌. #getlit 📚

#aboutlastnight I attended a private screening of Put A Ring On It: Cheathab with @reelnomad and @shavalerie912 and had a blast! Getting an early look at the show before it premieres on #owntv on July 31st was truly a treat. I can already tell I’m gonna be locked in on Friday nights!!

The biggest highlight for me was seeing the amazing @justdategirl 💕 She looked stunning at the premiere, and beyond her beauty, I have always been inspired by her wisdom, confidence, and kindness. She gives the best advice and I’m honored to know her. It’s always refreshing to see women who lead with grace, intelligence, and authenticity.

Congratulations Dr. Stacii and to everyone who brought this project to life! Don’t miss the 2-episode premiere of Put A Ring On It: Cheathab on July 31 at 9pm ET on @owntv 💍

#aboutlastnight I went an advanced screening of Christopher Nolan’s @theodysseymovie and whew... EPIC doesn’t even begin to cover it. The cast? 🔥🔥🔥The visuals? 🔥🔥🔥The movie almost 3 hours long and we were locked in! Do yourself a favor and catch it in theaters(I strongly suggest you see it in @imax )when it drops July 17th. Thanks to @alliedglobalmarketing for the tickets!

After the movie, @reelnomad @thejasmineburke @karebearbirnley and I were on the hunt for a nightcap and somehow ended up at @babaskitchenatl and a time was had on a Monday night 🙌 #pourdecisionshappenhere

About last night…

I was blessed to make it down to The Tara Theater for the free prescreening of Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey *Set for public release on July 17, 2026

I met up with Aleshia, Lisa, Terri and her son as soon as I got there. Then got a happy surprise when I unexpectedly ran into JoVaunn and his crew as I made my way to my seat.

Afterwards, Aleshia, Lisa, Jasmine, and I went looking for a night cap and some food so we ended up at BaBa’s Kitchen, and had a time w/ tequila shots, hummus, and lamb kebabs.

What a night!!
