POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I used to think working out was mostly about how your body looks.
Over time, I’ve realised there’s so much more to it.

You sleep better.
You have more energy.
Your head feels clearer.
You handle stress a little better.
And honestly, there’s something about knowing you showed up for yourself that just feels good.
You don’t have to become a gym person overnight. Just find a way to move your body that you actually enjoy and keep showing up.
Your future self will thank you for it.

We talk about nourishing your body a lot @rees_delight ,. This is another part of it.

Save this as your little reminder to move today.😉

Sometimes, we’re so focused on where we’re trying to get to that we forget to appreciate where we are.

There’s something beautiful about building something from scratch, figuring things out as you go, making mistakes, learning, starting again and still choosing to keep going.

It may not look like much to everyone yet, but you know how much courage it took to start.

And honestly? That deserves to be celebrated, too. 🥹

Yesterday, Ree’s Delight clocked 6 years. 🥹🤍
We were honestly too busy working to even properly mark it, and somehow, that felt very fitting. Six years of making, learning, growing, adjusting, starting over and showing up again.

Here’s to everything God has helped us build, this includes the amazing customers of @rees_delight @reesdelightng , everything we’re still building, and the courage to keep going. 🥂

So, if you’re building a business right now, please be proud of yourself.

Some salads are just there.

And then there are salads that make you pause for a second. 😍🥗

This roasted beetroot goodness? Sweet, earthy, colourful and packed with all the good things. ❤️

Because eating well doesn't have to feel boring.
It can be beautiful.
It can be exciting.
And honestly? It can taste so good. 🤭

At Ree's Delight, we're slowly changing the way we see “healthy food.”

Less restriction.
More enjoyment.
More colour.
More flavour.
More ways to nourish & thrive.

Would you try roasted beetroot in your salad? 👀❤️

There are days when you're genuinely hungry but you're too busy to think about what to eat.

So you settle for whatever is closest.
You skip meals.
Or you promise yourself you'll "eat healthy tomorrow."

We've all been there.🥲

The truth is, eating well shouldn't feel like another task on an already overwhelming to-do list.

At Ree's Delight, we've been asking ourselves one question:

How do we make healthy eating easier for people who are building careers, businesses, families, and big dreams?

That question has been shaping a lot of what we've been working on behind the scenes.

This season isn't just about creating meals.
It's about creating a simpler, more sustainable way to nourish your body even on your busiest days.

We're taking our time because we believe convenience should never come at the expense of quality.

And when we're ready, it'll be worth the wait.

Until then, we'd love to hear from you:

What's your biggest challenge when it comes to eating healthy during a busy week? What's your goal this week?

Let's talk in the comments. 👇🏽

But what if change doesn't begin with perfect timing? What if it begins with one intentional decision today?

Maybe today it's drinking more water.

Maybe it's choosing a nourishing breakfast.

Maybe it's going for a short walk.

Maybe it's simply getting enough rest tonight.

Big transformations are often built on small, repeated choices.
What's one intentional choice you're making for yourself this week?
I'd love to cheer you on. 💙
One intentional choice at a time.

One thing We've noticed is that most people don't actually want to eat unhealthy.

They're just busy.

Busy with work.
Busy with traffic.
Busy with meetings.
Busy with life.

And when you're trying to juggle everything, food becomes whatever is quickest and easiest to grab.

That's why we love packing orders like this. Not because it's salad and juices, but because someone intentionally chose to take care of themselves today.

Healthy eating doesn't have to mean perfection, sometimes it simply means making one better choice at a time.

Quick question:

If someone was packing lunch for you today, what would you choose:

It's funny how the final plate is always the quietest part of the process.
Because behind this one, there were versions I couldn’t even show you.
It was too off. Just not it.
And I could have stopped at ‘it’s okay’ but for something that’s going on people’s event tables? Okay is not enough.
So I kept adjusting, tasting, and plating again until it finally made sense.
Now imagine this showing up at your event, and your guests actually pause to ask where it’s from😌.
That’s the goal every single time.
If you’ve ever wondered why our desserts hit different, this is why.

Toodles!✌️
