The Hugging Strangers Tour has been a blast so far. Making people laugh, making new friends being with old ones. I thought Reese Wall killed it for her first time doing comedy. Back in my home town of Bellevue Ohio tonight at 7 pm at the Eagles. #cleancomedy

I’ve been avoiding making this post because I’m not ready to say goodbye.

March 28th was my last time competing with my team and my best friend Reese.

4 years ago I had no idea that musical theatre competitions were a thing. A family friend told my mom about Caryl Crane Youth Theatre and told her I needed to go there as soon as possible. A month after I auditioned for a show at CCYT, Brian offered me a spot on the competition team. In May 2024 we went to a new competition called MTC Triple Threat. We took 4 team members and together we won 44 awards as well as $200k in scholarships. Aside from the awards we also made very important connections and friendships.

Without this team, MTCA, Brian, Christine, Joe, Thomas, and Lisa and Pia I wouldn’t be able to chase my dreams and go to one of the top performing arts schools represented on Broadway.

I will forever be greatful for the @musicaltheatre.foundation and what it has done for me and my team members. I will also forever be greatful for Brian (@bblueyes28) and the opportunities he has given me.
