Kate, Perrie, and I all decided to take the HYROX NYC Challenge. 8 stations. 8 runs. No regrets.

WE DID IT!!! But believe me, it was a challenge. The cutoff is 2 hours and 30 minutes, and I finished with 90 seconds to spare 😱 It was a crazy story.. I’ll share it all in a newsletter.

I loved seeing women of all ages, backgrounds, and shapes prioritizing strength and pushing the limits.
