POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

One week ago, strangers walked into a room.
By the end of the night, they were exchanging numbers, making plans, and leaving with new connections.

This is exactly why Hamro Network exists.

Here are some unforgettable moments from our first Hamro Happy Hour event🇳🇵✨

Please take some time to read as I share the power of 4 things:
1. Taking a leap of faith
2. Community
3. Reaching out
4. The snowball effect

I connected deeply with a group of people over just a week. But none of it would’ve happened if I hadn’t:
- Taken a leap of faith
- Searched for community
- Reached out

It started when I signed up for a Half Ironman, unsure if I was capable. (Spoiler: I was. I did it.)

Then I searched: Who else from Nepal has done an Ironman? That curiosity led me to a small but powerful community.

I reached out to one person. That person connected me to another. And suddenly, we had a growing network.

Over the months, we connected through calls, Strava, messages—different people, same drive. We started planning races to push each other, to grow together.

Eventually, we planned a training camp. They hosted me in Colorado—a place I’d always dreamed of because of the mountains. We trained, had deep talks, laughed over dinner and games.

None of this would’ve happened if I was too scared to sign up, or never searched for my people, or never reached out.

So, Take the leap. Search for your people. Reach out. Take Risks.

You never know what’s on the other side.

Could be great. Could be horrible.
But the possibilities? Infinite.

Just do it.

🎾 What an incredible tennis clinic we had for beginners! It was amazing to see everyone learning, connecting, and stepping out of their comfort zones. A huge thank you to @basnetprakash for coaching and everyone who joined us, embraced the challenge and made it such a fun and inspiring experience. 🫶

At Himalayan Social Tribe, we’re all about creating opportunities to uplift, grow, and inspire each other. 🌱 This was just one of many events to come! We’re hosting one event each month, and we can’t wait to see more of you joining us on this journey.

Stay tuned for the next one—let’s keep building an empowering community together! 💪

Reflection and Gratitude Time!

Last year, after completing my Ironman, I realized something important: my body was starting to struggle towards the end of races. I knew I needed to focus on becoming stronger and more resilient. Fast forward to 2024, my calendar was wide open, and I had no set training plan. Instead, I decided to join @v23_athletics and focus on strength training, pushing myself in new ways with random challenges along the way.

From running a marathon to completing the Triple Bypass, I’ve been testing my progress and seeing how my body responds. This past weekend was another milestone—riding over 100 miles with 10K ft of gain in the Rocky Mountains, followed by climbing a 14er the next day. And you know what? My body felt good.

I’m so incredibly grateful for my body and mind, for how far I’ve come, and for the journey I’m on. It’s not just about improving fitness—it’s about evolving in every aspect of life: my habits, my mindset, my connections, and my career. These small changes I started making 4-5 years ago are leading me to a life I genuinely love.

Excited to keep challenging myself and see where this path leads 💪 #Grateful #KeepGrowing #StrengthInMindAndBody #JourneyNotDestination #strengthisnotaweakness
