~ 2026 NPC Iron World Regional & Sweden Grand Prix Pro Qualifier Recap ~

And just like that, the 2026 competive season is over— and without a doubt my best season yet. Started my NPC journey at the @etunamuscleshow with a win in Classic Physique Novice and 2nd place in Open Class D. Then followed it up with 3rd place at @npcnordic Iron World Regional class D, 9th in the novice class , plus valuable experience at the Sweden Grand Prix Pro Qualifier where I placed tied for 16th.

The placings may not sound crazy on paper, but I got exactly what I needed: clear feedback and confirmation from Olympia-level judges and analysts. The message was simple — great structure, fits the class, just needs MORE MASS and better conditioning. Coach @troive and I already have a plan moving forward and we will deliver. I'm young enough and driven enough and I got amazing people behind me, how can I fail?

For now though, it’s time for me to reconnect with the people I love most. Prep pushed me hard, and I know I haven’t always been the best husband or dad during this period. Besides family, bodybuilding means everything to me, but prep can take a lot out of you and as a man, you have to admit when you are not at your best towards the people you love and cherish.

I can't thank my beautiful wife @anahiitama enough for the endless love and support despite me being an ass at times, nor my coach @troive for bringing MY BEST physique ever to the stage. We didn’t win, but I’m truly proud of what we presented — and this is only the beginning ❤️.. And HEY, I GOT TO BRING HOME A MEDAL FOR MY BABY GIRL ONCE AGAIN!!!!!!😍😍😍😍

Lastly, truly grateful for all the beautiful people I met along the way that I can now call friends; ms @sujobackelin and ms @thereseheriksson ❤️ Dr @samymdds and @axelgermoo @refined.posing.academy. I can't thank you guys enough for making this journey the best one yet. So many more people to thank, and if I didn't tag you, I hope I've thanked you in real life ❤️❤️

I love this sport, I love bodybuilding and I can't wait to do this again VERY SOON! 😍
