Fall is the perfect time for a hair refresh, and I’m seriously OBSESSED with how this turned out 🤩

📌 SAVE this post 📌 for your next visit so we can recreate it together!

Here’s what I did to get my friend fall-ready ⬇️

We started with babylights all around her hairline to create brightness around her face. Then, I feathered in highlights and lowlights and left out her blonde ends to bring out the perfect dimension and richness.

The final touch? Melted everything together with a root melt and toner for that glossy finish!

If you’ve been thinking about switching things up, now’s your moment!

Slide into my DMs or book your spot through the link in my bio 🧡

Would you go a bit darker with still feeling bright this season?? Let me know in the comments! 👀

Open body language, like holding your head high, demonstrates CONFIDENCE! Walking confidently not only makes you LOOK confident – it creates a biofeedback loop between the mind and the body that makes you FEEL confident. #confidence #modeling #bikinicompetitor #bikinicompetition #ocbbikini #bikinimodel #bikiniathlete #bodybuilding #fitness #beauty #posing #confident #posingcoach #posingexpert #teamttj #winningatlife #thetinajohnson

It’s not “I have to get up & get to work” change your damn perspective.. it’s: “ I GET to get up and go to work!” 👏🏼
One of my mentors has no legs, 1 arm, & 1 finger out here killing it doing waaaay more than me. You know why?? He decided to not live with limiting beliefs. Be grateful, change your tude and get after it‼️

Be your own best friend first! 😎
Turn off the noise around you. 🦻🚫
Reflect 🪞on what got you where you are for a moment, accept it, then let it go. Now you know what to address. Make one small new habit at a time & combine it with something you already do.
Nothing changes, if nothing changes right??
