Preference takes a back seat to real hunger!!! 🔥 I’ve been told for 10 years that people might not receive a message from a preacher on a screen. Today, our church gathered in the room, the Gospel was preached, people were set free and saved, and gratitude and praise erupted. The truth is, I was only a tool. God can minister to His kids with or without me. Reformation Memphis is safe soil, and she’s a people who won’t let traditions and preferences make us miss His Word. I’m honored to play a small part in His plan for her. I wasn’t in the building today, but GOD WAS. Sounds like a win to me. 🙌🏾 🏆 I refuse for us to be personality-driven. I refuse for us to be drunk with preferences. If God’s talking, we’ll be there. ☁️ Thank you to the team who carried the day. 🙏🏽 Where did God meet you today? Tell me about it. 👇🏽

Hey yal! Tomorrow at @reformationmemphis is Homecoming Sunday but it’s also Baptism Sunday as well!! This is a repost from back in April of this year. I was in the shower playing this exact song and as I worshipped and prayed the Lord came to me and said “It’s time to return to the water” and I knew exactly what was required of me. As I gave God my yes he began to work on me from my past, he showed me everything from when I was first baptized up to that moment, for me it was a lot of repentance and apologizing for the knowing and lack of understanding. To have clarity understanding and wisdom of this journey I was going into going in that water and coming out, my life was and is different now. The song is all the explanation. I am so proud and excited for each and every person that signed up to be baptized on tomorrow! You all will see me cheering and smiling like a proud uncle! 😂🙌🏽 see you tomorrow and even if you not being baptized hope that you join us tomorrow to see why we call Reformation Home! 🙏🏽 #MemphisGotSole #Homecoming #RefMemSpiritWeek

Truth be told I’d love to be right up under my mother and watch her take authority in prayer. This time at the ⛺️🔥 we take authority in the spirit and in the streaming airwaves. Two different positions, same goal. Put Christ in the center with your gifts! Block out any unnecessary perversions that’ll attempt to distract Gods people. That not only sets the stage in the beginning of service. Prayer is not a placeholder. Technical directing is not a planning-center position. It’s a responsibility to guard the gates of Gods house! ⛺️READ IT ALL ⛺️ Heaven sent the fire and His serve teams stoked it with hospitality. What good is revival in a rude gathering? 🤷🏽‍♂️ While the rest of us were still receiving everything God did in that tent, His serve teams were quietly making sure every person felt accommodated, cared for, and problem-solved for, with a pure heart the whole time. That’s why today, a Sunday at home, gave everyone room to rest and recover instead of rushing into another full service. Pouring out spiritually still means something has to be poured back in. Lots of people didn’t get the microphone in the tent. Most didn’t get the spotlight. But every smooth transition, every heartfelt hug, every bit of help in the parking lot, every bottle of water passed out, every small kindness nobody clocked because it just felt normal, that was YOU. Serving. 😭🙌🏽 Ministry isn’t just what happens on a stage. It’s what happens behind it, around it, underneath it, and outside of it, carried by people who show up whether or not anyone’s watching. So today, we see you. We’re grateful for you. And honestly, we couldn’t have carried this season without you. I didn't whoop or holler. I focused on hospitality. I know that's not a "Convocation" word, but it's the kind of character building His flock needs from an overseer. What good is the victory lap if you're too lethal to sit next to, once the music stops? 🤦🏽‍♂️😬 It's not cute anymore. 😐 Some of us have a "personality trait" that's actually hiding something else. If we're honest, behind the smirk, the sarcasm and cynicism is often a real issue.
