One of my favourite ways to unwind after teaching or taking a class at @reformedbody is spending some time in their private Recovery Room 🧖🏽‍♀️✨

Combining the heat of the sauna with the cold of the ice plunge is the perfect way to switch off, recharge and give your body some well deserved TLC.

Sauna: Encourages circulation, promotes relaxation and helps ease muscle tension.

Ice Plunge: Can help reduce post-exercise muscle soreness, boost alertness and leave you feeling refreshed and energised.

Whether you’ve just finished a sweaty Hot Pilates session, a challenging Reformer flow or a Tower class, taking time to recover is just as important as the movement itself.

A little movement, a little recovery and a whole lot of feeling good. The perfect way to end a session at Reformed Body!

🧋✨ Happy Friday, girlies! ✨🧋

Don’t let the rain dampen your motivation 🌧️ I’ve just upgraded our salon coffee station with @feelreformed 🤎☕️

For all my gym girlies, I’m now offering creatine coffees that ACTUALLY taste good 💪🏼Because why not get your beauty fix AND your gym fix in one appointment? 😂✨

One thing I will say though… @feelreformed , we NEED a gold version to match the salon aesthetic! 🙏🏼

Beauty, caffeine & gains… the Miss Pristine way. 🫶🏼

An intimate evening of movement, wellness & connection 🤍

Such a lovely evening bringing our Club Attiva community together at @reformedbody beautiful new Notting Hill studio for an intimate reformer Pilates x tower class, led by the wonderful @tanzila.ferrante . A Tuesday evening well spent 💛

After a good burn, we enjoyed a community catch up over a warming tea , fresh juices from @dailydoseldn , before everyone headed home with a curated wellness goodie bag.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and to our lovely sponsors @dailydoseldn @healthyhabits_official @goldcollagen_uk @livehermosa @zooki @hukitchen @ancientandbrave for making the evening so special.

We loved it so much that we’re doing it all again! Join us on Wednesday 11th November at 6:30pm for a heated mat Pilates class at @reformedbody.

Tickets will be released next week. Keep an eye out! ✨
