Did you know that there is science behind how to look good on video? There are all different elements that come into play when getting styled for video... because the camera distorts color, fit, and prints. For example 💥Wearing black on video makes you look tired and brings out any dark circles under your eyes 💥 Certain patterns over power you and distract from your message 💥 The camera gets confused by colors like red, white, and orange causing a distracting glow Need some expert guidance on how to look your best in your videos? On Wednesday at 2pm EST make-up artist @refreshbeauty3 and I will be hosting a Free virtual coffee chat about how to dress and apply make-up to look fabulous on video! You can sign up in my linktree, drop a comment below or message me if you'd like info!

I’m never too quick to post pics of my face - and definitely not this close up! - but I felt like I could today and give credit to my cousin @refreshbeauty3 💕 I know enough to trust her judgment and taste when it comes to makeup colors, techniques and products that work for me and always have - from the day she did my wedding makeup (I still wear the same blush), to today, loving the new @ctilburymakeup lipstick color she recommended! (Dancefloor Princess) ✨(and two of my fave @makeitminnie necklaces FTW!!)
