@thekaragatan’s first birthday 🥹🐳

Thinking about our babies growing up so fast forms a lump in my throat that I’m unable to say much without getting teary-eyed. 🥲 But like I said in my short and sweet opening prayer at today’s party, we’re all so thankful to have you in our lives and I hope you grow up to be happy, healthy, and strong, Baobao. 🤗

I love you so much! Know that Ninang, Tito, and Cambria will always, always be here for you. 😘

The ebb and flow
The rising of the tides
Of emotions/
The juxtaposition of our lives
The sand and foam
The motions/
Of celestial bodies--
Oscillates
On a fixed point
Beneath your nose
---a kiss
Life becomes a cinema
Row
Row
Row
Your boat

To Reg,
All my Love 💫❤️

Sunday spring cleaning done ✅
Thank you for your thorough and excellent cleaning service, @bbcleaningco.north 🐝 @bbcleaningco

Ate Josephine, Ate Joan and Kuya Paul did a great job in every nook and cranny of our home! 🏡
Our home smells so fresh and sparkling clean!✨

Where to begin?
Life and its origin.
A spark, a big bang.
Who knows?
But at the rate it is going
Everything is
--- expanding.

And all life becomes an act
Of catching up.
News. Trends.
Friends. Family.
Deadlines. Lifelines.

A photo here, a post there
Something to look back on
Hopefully not in anger,
But with fondness.
With tenderness.

Like moons to a planet
Who once spun together
Floating in space.

And so here is a pause.

A pause to encompass
All pauses.
A gratitude pause.

I thank and embrace your Force
My beloved Regina Gabrielle Gatan
In a world of constant decay,
Your Love is so inviting,
Welcoming and fresh.
A rebel against entropy.

Time and again, you have brought me
To a place of delicious, innocent forgetfulness
---where everybody knows but without words.
Preceding interpellation.
Just nameless.

The whole gamut of human emotions
Encapsulated in a quiet embrace and a sigh.

So many words but it is just a phrase.

Mahler can wait.

I love you with all my being.

You make me feel alive
And go on living,
Participating.
Observing.

Such daily apparitions.
Sweet vibrations.

Miracles in small
Doses of you.

A meaningful and happy Birthday Sweetheart! 💫💓 Photo shared by Rey Talosig on September 27, 2024 tagging @reg.gatan.
