Yoga, sunshine, fresh air, and a little time spent moving well.

It was a pleasure to guide today’s outdoor practice at Benson Park, sponsored by the Royal Hotel and coordinated by Messina Movement.

Wonderful energy, beautiful weather, and the kind of morning that makes you wonder why we ever practice indoors.

Grateful for the good company and the chance to move, breathe, and connect outside.

We will be at Picton No Frills today 👉🏻 Monday, August 3, from 11am to 1pm with our community petition 📝

Stop by to learn about our efforts and to add your handwritten name and email in support of our request that Council pause and reconsider their motion to install six pickleball courts in Delhi Park.

The petition will be presented at the next Council meeting 👉🏻 Tues August 25, 6pm. We encourage folks to attend in person at Shire Hall to demonstrate community support to have a more transparent, engaged planning process for this essential greenspace and nature park.

More than 700 people have already signed the petition, including mayoral candidates Brad Nieman @votebradnieman and Ernie Margetson @margetsonformayor.

Together, we are asking Council to slow down this process - to have dialogue with residents, stakeholders, rightsholders - to review its decision to locate pickleball in Delhi Park and to take the time to develop forward thinking vision for this beautiful and sensitive cultural heritage landscape.

We do not believe Delhi Park is the right location. Stop by today to learn more💚.

I heard “Sure Been Good” by @elevationworship last week and the words really moved me. They made me think about my career and how I would’ve never thought in my wildest dreams I’d be living the life I am now.

“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.”

Ephesians 3:20-21, has truly been how God has shown up in my career. He continues to do more than I EVER thought was possible. 🥲✨🙏🏽

Big thanks to my parents, all the amazing companies, colleagues, my teacher, coaches, my friends and my management ✨🩷
