5 things every man should be able to do ..👇❗️

1. Carry heavy things — strength you can ACTUALLY use

2. Pull your bodyweight — a strict pull-up, at LEAST 5

3. Push your bodyweight — push-ups, chest to the floor

4. Sprint when it counts — Power on demand

5. Dance — move like you own the body you BUILT

I don’t just lift. I live in it.

Which one are you missing❓👇

my next naked event is at @byasleon on friday, october 9th.

it’s hard to put what @naked.mic is into words. what i usually say is it’s an open mic night that reclaims art as a spiritual and healing practice. it’s a space for community to practice vulnerability, intimacy, and curiosity with one another.

i think it more than that though — something felt in that deep place where words can’t reach. naked. it much ritual than structure, with each one being shaped by the people who attend that night. at least, that’s what i think. if you’ve ever attended — how would you describe naked.?

all art is welcome | link in bio for more info.

😘✌🏾

Save This for a Bigger Chest and Back… 💪🏿🔥🏹

Rear-delt pulls into push-ups…

Then transitioning into a push-up burn out… 🔥

I usually do this AFTER a session challenging all the muscle fibers I’ve trained prior..

The key to this isn’t speed…

It’s CONTROL.. ❗️

The challenge is in not letting that weight slam..

Let’s See It.. LETS GO 💥💪🏿🔥

Made these pictures yesterday with my Nikon F3 35mm film camera at Spike Lee’s annual Michael Jackson birthday celebration 🖤❤️🖤 BK ❤️ MJ was a whole vibe. So many beautiful people were there, it was truly a party made for a king, THE king, The G.O.A.T 👑 Lost a roll of film, so I was devastated, but went around and remade some of the images and photographed some new ones. It was a beautiful day in Brooklyn 🖤❤️🖤 #bklovesmj #spikelee #blackisbeautiful #fortgreenebrooklyn #35mmfilm
