Commonwealth Games no2 ✅ Greatful for the opportunity to represent our amazing island 🇮🇲so many times over the years but this one really meant so much to me! I’ve had many ups and downs over the years and to be able to compete on this stage again with such an amazing team really meant so much, I’ve come away from Glasgow with memories that will last a lifetime. Commonwealth Games debut today for @regancorrin1 at only 19. It has been a huge privilege to coach Regan over the past 3 years seeing him grow as an athlete,  improving his PBs from 1.97m and 6.63m to 2.19m and 7.57m, as well as earning 3 GB vests and 2 senior british champs medals. It was great to be able to spend a week in the IOM in the run up to the games. I spent time with John, Regan's first athletics coach, and Ben @sportsperformanceservices ,Regan's brilliant S&C coach, who have both been fundamental in getting him to this point. Looking forward to seeing him compete against some of the best in the world at a senior level. Long jump 11.50 High Jump 19.10 Let's go!!! 🇮🇲🇮🇲🇮🇲

Wishing Regan all the very best at this years #commonwealthgames2026 in #glasgow. Regan Competes in both Long Jump and High Jump showing his versatility as a top level athlete. Excited to watch him perform. My job as a coach now is to enjoy watching him (and all of my athletes when given the chance) but my attentions already turn towards next season and what areas we can gain improvements in. Here is a training video of him under the watchful eye of his lead technical coach Emma, it was great to have the opportunity to chat and discuss thoughts and ideas openly. She's done a fantastic Job 🙌🏼 @blondejumps #highjump #longjump #isleofmansport

We are incredibly proud to announce that six TVH athletes are representing their country at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. We wish them luck and will be cheering hard for them on both in the stadium and in front of our TVs. Here what they have to say 📢 ➡️ 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿Molly Palmer: “Being selected for the Commonwealth Games is a huge honour and I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to represent my country at such a special championship. It’s something I’ve worked towards for a long time and it means a great deal to me. This time last year I was recovering from surgery, so to be in this position now makes it even more meaningful. It’s been a year full of ups and downs with plenty of challenges along the way. Earlier this year I had the opportunity to compete at the World Indoor Championships and alongside training I’ve also been balancing my final year studying Human Biology at Loughborough University. I’m really grateful to everyone at Thames Valley Harriers for their support throughout my journey. I’m looking forward to making the most of this opportunity and representing my country with pride." 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿Emma Nwofor: “I am thrilled to be representing England in the 100m hurdles. This is my first time representing England as opposed to Great Britain, so I’m ready to do my home nation proud on homeish soil!" 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿Kaya Slater: "Being selected to run at the Commonwealth Games is something I have dreamed of and to actually be going and for Scotland is insane. I’m so grateful to have my first commonwealth be a home games. My grandad is Scottish and so is my dad so not only am I doing this for me and to show myself that I can do this but also carrying on the scottish pride in the family." 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Angela McAuslan-Kelly: " I am very excited to represent Scotland at my first Commonwealth Games! It is a huge honor to receive this opportunity and I can't wait to compete in front of a home crowd!"  🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿Thomas Walley: "An honour to be representing Cymru at the Commonwealth Games. A dream come true for me and my family, very excited to get out there and show the world what I can do" 🇮🇲Regan Corrin: "Really excite

NAL match #1 report - part 1- joint effort from Manuel and Phil 🙏 It was such an incredible team effort on Saturday - you are all amazing. Thank for making it such an enjoyable day - from welcoming TVH new stars making their debuts to TVH's older supporters and volunteers - TVH are a great shining light to NAL and club athletics. TVH smashed all predictions with lots of season bests, PB's and club records to win the match by over 100 points. TVH Field Athlete of the Match - Jessica Lee - a PB her first A string win against very good opposition in the long jump 6.12m and a brilliant win in the B string in the high jump with a seasons best 1.66m.  TVH Track Athlete of the Match - Charlotte Buckley- the standout ladies middle distance athlete at Derby with brilliant 800m and 1500m A string wins and also finished the day with a speedy leg in the 4x400m. TVH Club Athlete of the Match - Akaysha Ellis - always a joy to have as part of the team and willing to do everything to help. Due to a late injury Akaysha completely switch round her events from the individual 400m to drop down to do a 100m and 200m sprint double. Akaysha ran her second quickest 100m race to finish 2nd in the B string in 11.78, stepped up to the A string 200m and into a -1.8 wind race a brilliant 22.14 to finish 2nd and rounded up the day with a very good 4x100m leg for the team.  TVH Field Athlete of the Match - Regan Corrin -  A huge points haul with 2nd place overall and 1st in the B string in the long jump followed by a B string win in a competitive high jump competition! TVH Track Athlete of the Match - Luseni Conteh - Having impressed at the YDL and SAL with 49 second 400m performances, 17 year old Luseni was invited to the team to get further experience but he clearly thrived on the big stage and took a huge chunk off his PB to run 47.63 for an U18 club record and a win the B string 400m race. TVH Club Athlete of the Match - Sam Costley - to be asked to do a 3kSC and 5000m track double on any day would be a huge ask, but to do it on your TVH debut and come away with a A string win in the steeple and a B string in the 5000 is heroic. See part 2 ➡️ 📸 @christophecayssials 🙏🙏🙏
