This is NOT your typical event food… this is some of the best food in Miami, all in one place at the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix.

We had everything from Italian ice by Italian Vice, a jerk chicken quesadilla from Reggae Beets (our favorite 🔥), tater tots with chicken from The Coop, smash burgers from Cowy Burger, a bao bun with a caviar bump from Lcky Chicken, cafecito rub ribs from Apocalypse BBQ, and cocktails from Ball & Chain.

🏎️⚡️ STEM in the Fast Lane!

Inside Garage 35 at the F1 Paddock, our DREAM Scholars and Embrace Girls Foundation leaders built and raced solar cars in an actual F1 garage at the Miami International Autodrome — transforming an iconic space into a hands-on engineering lab.

From renewable energy learning and immersive AR/VR with Verizon to touring the F1 Control Room and McLaren garage, and hearing from the F1 Miami President and Vice Mayor Stephens, every moment showed what’s possible when youth are given access to powerful STEM environments.

When girls see themselves in spaces like this, we don’t just spark interest — we close equity gaps and accelerate futures in STEM.

More than a great day — it was transformational.
