We hope our SZNs community has been blessed with some time off. We’re here to fill it with another Music Video Monday! 🎬 Today is a special day for our SZNs family. On our road to ONE UP this year, we want to spotlight one remarkable director in our community. Her vision, her mind, and her support for Dallas creativity are a highlight of the scene. Leadership is about showing up, sharing ideas, moving with purpose, and being there for others and her work speaks for itself. She’s a voice for the community, a guide for creatives, and a vision for the future. Join us in celebrating the birthday of @ajthealchemist_ and revisiting some of her work over the years. 🎂 ⏳ The ONE UP submission window closes in 7 days. If you’ve been waiting, now is the time. Get your music video submitted before the deadline! It’s been an overflowing year, and we have exciting news coming soon. We can’t wait to see your amazing work and celebrate with you at this year’s ONE UP! Submit now. Do you remember the first music video that became a core memory for you?💭 This Music Video Monday 📺, we’re spotlighting some of our favorite videos from years past that pulled us in with their storytelling 🎥. Music videos carry the emotion behind the music. They give a song its visual identity and can shift how we see the world. Have you ever watched one that told a story close to your own? Showed you a life you wanted for yourself? Inspired your career path? Great storytelling doesn’t need a big budget 💸. Independent artists with limited resources keep making work that moves people, because vision and craft go further than money 🌟. Visuals are the mirror for the worlds still waiting to be built. Submissions for ONE UP 2026 🎞️ close in two weeks! Have you and your favorite rising artists submitted yet? Get your work in by 10/19. We can’t wait to see it, and to see you this year! @borilinnn x “Boyfriend” Directed + edited by: @byjreina DP + Color: @sambullard444 Produced: @tykun_ @ninososupremey X “Mary Hill Road” Directed by: @christopherscry + @dvmnrxd @livt_musiq x “Waste Time” Director: @livt_musiq Dp: @sandra.garceo producer + AD: @en.productions 1st AC: @cateynelson_ Gaffer: @jeremiahschuler Grip: @_urbanlens_ @sudiemusic x “Grease” Directed by: @alexandercinema + Sudie Lighting by: @rileykrill Edit+ color by: @nadirbaaset @jahndough7203 + honeydaii x “I Ain’t Got It” Directed by: @ajthealchemist_ + @jaredamoody
