Birthday celebrations this weekend!

Rachel and I have birthdays just a few days apart, so this is the second year we’ve celebrated together! And this year, we threw it way back with a good ol’ fashioned sleepover. THANK you Alexa for hosting us!!

Dinner first at Rosie’s, then back to Alexa’s for the rest of the night. We laughed, talked, stayed up way too late, and had the absolute best time!

But honestly, the best part was having everyone there. Time is such a gift, and I’m so thankful that these girls chose to share some of theirs with us birthday girls. It means more than they probably know! (We missed you Lindsey!)

Feeling very loved, very thankful, and very grateful for another year of friendship and memories with some pretty special women

Our time at Smith Lake was so much fun and I can’t believe I never posted about it. We planned this very last minute trip for my Dads 61st birthday celebration. Thankful we could all make it work during the hectic life of summer. Life on the lake could be easy to get used to 😉… especially for two of our kids that LOVE fishing! If you have never been to Smith Lake in Alabama I highly recommend it! Cleanest lake and we had the lake pretty much to ourselves! Oh and if you haven’t watched the newest Little House on the Prairie… you must! We were all sucked in!

What a Happy and HOT 4th of July!! 🇺🇸 We had the best time having family and friends over to eat and shoot off fireworks. Love having a house full and watching everyone have fun! 🧨🇺🇸❤️🤍💙 Thanks to @nickgammon for grilling and boiling our food! I may need that job next year… he lost 4pounds from sweating! 🤪😅 Also a big thank you to my partner in crime @kgimages!! You always help me with all my wild ideas and make it happen! Thank you for putting on a spectacular firework show… you are the best!! 🥰

Sweet Mother’s Day celebrating the best moms in the world!
Thankful for Kyle’s mom.. she raised the best husband and father to our kids. She is a wonderful and kind Gigi. She has taught me so much about gardening and cooking and is so strong. Even through pain and hardships you keep fighting. I inspire to be like you in that way!

I’m thankful everyday for my mom and the friendship I have in her. She is my mentor in this stage of motherhood.. always offering her ear to listen even though she is busy. I’ve watched her have to go through some of the hardest trails this year with grace and mercy. She is constantly teaching me how to be more like Jesus.

Being a mom is my biggest blessing in life.. something I will never take for granted. Praying for all the women that are holding on to the promise of one day having a child and those grieving today. I see you and feel deeply for you. Love to you all! 😘

Sawyer Luke is 11 today!! Happy Birthday to the greatest boy I’ve ever known. I am so blessed to be his mama. He is so special and has such a light about him… I know God has big plans for his life that is already evident. Thankful to have a front row seat. We had the best laid back day at the lake. Gathered with friends and family to fish, kayak, play games, and eat. So thankful for those that took the time to celebrate our boy!! 🥰

Epcot and Epic Universe was EPIC!! The kids and I will forever be grateful for a Mom that lets us tag along with her on work trips! Also thankful that the food show is in Orlando every year. 😉 It landed on Charlottes 13th birthday so how could we not go?!? Perfect way to celebrate. Sawyer really got his fair share of girl time in… he was so ready to see his dad by the end of the trip. 🤣 Let’s just say he has had really good training for when his wife comes along. 😜 If you get the chance to go… DO IT! Mario world was insane. It felt like you jumped into the game. Harry Potter always blows me away. It really feels like you’re there! Shout out to Lindsey for keeping track of our rides and the apps. You really have to know what you are doing on those things. My best advice would be… get the fast passes and lightning lane passes. It’s worth every penny!! Especially if you have a limited time that you will be there like us! #universal #epicuniverse #epcot
