Moments like this don’t just radiate light… they remind you how to find your own again. ✨

If you want to see what pure happiness looks like, look no further. 🥹

This past weekend in Palm Springs, I had the incredible opportunity to dance with some true legends to the song of one of my favorite routines from my time as a Pro Bowl Cheerleader.

Being surrounded by so many inspiring women, reconnecting with a part of myself that I’ve missed, and getting to dance alongside these incredible women was something I’ll never take for granted.

WHAT. AN. HONOR. 🤍

Sometimes, all it takes is being in the right place, surrounded by the right people, to remind you of the light that’s always been within you.

Have you ever had a moment that reminded you of a part of yourself you’ve been missing? Tell me in the comments. ✨

Dj Khaled voice “And another one!” Just wrapped up another All Star @the.restoration.retreat weekend for 34 years of former/current NFL Pro Bowl cheerleader selects in Palm Springs. We get together for 3 days of wellness workshops, healing, dancing, good food and new friendships led by our fearless unicorn leaders @ronkellum , @mariagiannini , Diane, Steve & John (our literal directors from back in the day in Hawaii). This year hit different because the NFL recently announced the conclusion of the annual pro bowl games but the effects of our unique bond still reverberates. Shout out to my fellow PBCs past to present! (It wouldn’t let me tag em all 😩)

Meet Company Artist Alexandra Rene Jones, now in her third season with Dance Theatre of Harlem.

Born in Indianapolis, Alexandra inherited her love of dance from her mom, a former Indiana Pacemate & Indianapolis Colts Cheerleader. She trained at the Indianapolis School of Ballet and Indiana University Ballet Theatre before dancing with Ballet Rhode Island. Today, she shines at DTH, performing works by Balanchine, Forsythe, Garland, Gates, and more. 💫
