Football training with Coach @reginaldlander ⚡️😎

Skill development is just as important as time spent in the weight room⬇️

Strength gives an athlete the physical tools to perform, but skill training teaches them how to apply those tools in competition.

Consistent, intentional skill work is how you sharpen your craft, improve execution, build confidence, and continue developing as an athlete.

For more information on how you can train at our Lorain location, checkout the link in our bio ✅

Group strength training with @reginaldlander over at our Lorain location putting in the work and getting better every week. 🏈⚡️

Strength training at a young age helps athletes build confidence, improve movement quality, and create a strong foundation that carries over to every sport. The earlier they learn how to move well and train correctly, the better they’ll be set up for long term success.

If you’re looking for quality training for your young athlete, come check out Coach Reggie at our Lorain location and see what we’re all about📈
