THE STATE OF MY HEART SUMMIT WAS A SUCCESS!

We came together to learn how to love our hearts, protect our health, and KNOW OUR NUMBERS.

From blood pressure and cholesterol to movement, nutrition, stress and self-care—every conversation was about turning knowledge into action.

Because knowing your heart is the first step to taking care of it.

Love Your Heart. Know Your Numbers. Take Action.

❤️ WHAT AN INCREDIBLE DAY!

The first-ever Heart N Hands State of My Heart Summit was truly one for the books! ✨

From heart-health education and powerful conversations to movement, wellness, networking and meaningful connections—it was an amazing day centered on YOU and the health of your heart.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who helped make our inaugural Summit such a success:

❤️ Our incredible moderator, Debra Gould @djgould1
❤️ Our amazing speakers & presenters who shared their knowledge and expertise
❤️ Our Heart N Hands Board, staff & volunteers
❤️ Our wonderful attendees who showed up ready to learn, engage and prioritize their health
❤️ Our vendors & wellness partners
❤️ New Orleans East Hospital @noehospital for welcoming us and providing the beautiful space for this important conversation

The energy, engagement and feedback reminded us why this work matters so much.

This was just the beginning. ❤️

Because when women are informed, they can advocate.
When they are engaged, they can take action.
And when they are empowered, they can change the state of their heart—and their future.

Your Heart. Your Health. Your Future.
