POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

It’s been a month and I literally don’t think I could’ve asked for anything better… I have no other words, I just can’t think enough to be able to get them out.

The job is done. 🥇🥁

What an ageout. It really took me a while to put together the words and feelings I had for this season, but all I can say is what an amazing season to cap off my drum corps career.

Huge shoutout to each and every one of the staff members of the Bloopit. All of the staff members were incredible to work with, very knowledgable, and just great people to learn from. I definitely wouldn’t be the musician and person I was today without a lot of their guidance.

Massive shoutout and much love to Tom Rarick for writing amazing books every year and trusting me to bring your music to life.

Huge thanks to Allen Justus who really was a second father figure to me during the summer. I’m really thankful for you taking a chance with me in 2024, and I’m grateful that you see me as a friend now. Thank you for really trusting me in taking the role as the Bluecoats Drum Set Player. I can’t wait to see Jr. eventually take the throne.

And of course, much love to the Bloopit for being my family during the summer. I’m honored to have performed my heart out with every member of this front ensemble, and I can’t wait to see the age-outs move on to greater ventures in their life, and the younger members still marching to inspire the next generation of the Bloopit, just as older Bloopits inspired me.

3 words.

Thank you, Bloopit.

My heart. This summer was something special. I had the best group of ‘kids’ an alumni could ask for. They are insanely talented, extremely smart, phenomenal performers, and made me laugh all summer long. I am so grateful I was able to see them so often throughout the season. You guys are the best, thanks for letting this old lady tag along for the ride. I will always be your biggest fan. I am so incredibly proud of each of you. 💙🥹🍁💙

Sorry I can’t come to the phone right now. I’m currently obsessed with DCI ‘26. What an awesome weekend, and incredible home show. That line-up was 🤌 So proud of our Kingsway kids performing this year! ❤️🖤

Funnest day! Got to spend the day with my @thebloopit kids for their free day. Haircuts, lunch, Target, laundry, and back to our house for swimming & bbq… one of my favorite days of the year. Love these people! 💙🍁💙
