100K BABY!!!! Getting here was a TEAM EFFORT💛🔥⚡️ A lot of brain power, a lot of education and reading, a lot of trial and error, and a lot of ish that ultimately just brought me to being even more ME 💯🙌🏾 THANK YOU to everyone who has followed and supported, who has shared the content, who has sent me uplifting messages, AND to those who have in turn shown up IN PERSON as well🙏🏾 This is just the beginning of so much more to come, and of course, continual expansion of @xcapedanceacademy and the greater mission of bringing dance TO ALL💛✨💛 Big gratitude to @milaandeane for always doing the little things that keep me going, including these fantastic balloons! So much love🖤 LET’S KEEP GROWING! #100k #100kfollowers #followers #gratitude #content

THIS RIGHT HERE IS IT 💯❤️‍🔥💯 We had the amazing privilege of taking class with @ryanbwinkler while she is here for the @andjulietbway tour. Class was fantastic, we all had a great time and enjoyed everyone ounce of dance and knowledge that she brought into @xcapedanceacademy yesterday! I have worked ENDLESSLY on building what we have at Xcape. From the way we arrange our classes, to the training that we require, to the foundations and history that we instill, to the care for the culture, to the instructors who are carefully curated, to the continual commitment the staff has to training and learning, and to all of us who have had and still have PROFESSIONAL CAREERS in dance (tv, stage, commercial, broadway, tour, festival, artistic direction and more). WHAT WE HAVE AT XCAPE IS TRULY SPECIAL. We build dancers with great foundations, with the skills they need to build careers, and with the confidence they need to move boldly in the world. I AM PROUD. This is not the first time that a guest from out-of-state has told me how special this place is and how PREPARED our dancers are, but every time it makes me even more and more excited about what we do. THERE IS NO PLACE LIKE HERE🙏🏾❤️‍🔥💯 One of the best compliments I have ever received and I’m gonna take it! BIG THANK YOU to @hultcenter for this opportunity! #Dance#Dancer #DanceStudio #DanceClass

THIS IS FOR US, TEAM. 🏆😭 Our @warrior_group_fitness_studio community did something incredible. You didn’t just nominate our brand-new studio for Best Gym in Eugene… YOU VOTED US IN AS THE WINNER. I don’t have words big enough for how grateful I am. We built this space to be more than a place to work out. We built it to be a place where people feel seen, welcomed, celebrated, challenged, and loved. And YOU are the reason it is all of those things. Every class. Every high five. Every sweaty hug. Every laugh. Every person who walks through our doors and brings their energy into this space—you are WARRIOR. This award belongs to all of us. 🏆🏹 May the collective energy we’re creating inside these walls continue to ripple outward—to spread more light, love, strength, and connection throughout Eugene, Oregon. Thank you for believing in this little studio. Thank you for trusting me. Thank you for supporting our instructors. Thank you for falling in love with the @warrior_group_fitness_ formats. Look what we’re building together. ❤️ WE ARE WARRIOR 🏹

Alright y’all said you wanted to see the dancing so here is a lil clip! This dance changed SO MANY times before this moment, including having to change my song at the last minute! The movement made me feel present, connected and powerful, and it was amazing to perform on such a huge stage with a roaring audience and celebrity judges. Maybe someday this choreo will make it to a class?!👀🔥 SECOND CHANCE STAGE @hbo @hbomax @magnolianetwork @tayediggsinsta @martinamcbride @heidilgardner @chipgaines @joannagaines
