The more I sit in circles and places where women are gathering, the more I am seeing this in real life!

AI can't do this! We do this!

Give each other courage to do the hard (er) things and then be there to celebrate and cheer each other on when we do them!

Be selective, be conscious and mindful about who you hang out with, whether its a coffee, a walking buddy or choosing a women's circle.

In midlife, I reckon we are flexing our discernment muscle - use it wisely and to beneficial effect!

Today, I’m handing the words over to some of the lovely women who have already joined me at Park House Studios. 💗

These testimonials come from different gatherings—co-working days, creative workshops, dance evenings and women’s events—but the same words appear again and again:

Warm. Welcoming. Relaxed. Inspiring. Connected.

They speak about arriving without knowing anyone and quickly feeling at home. About meeting like-minded women, sharing experiences, feeling supported and leaving more grounded, energised and confident.

They also mention the beautiful setup, delicious food and thoughtful details—which makes me very happy, because I genuinely put so much love and care into every event. 🩷

This is exactly the feeling Giselle and I want to create at our upcoming New Moon, New Beginnings Women’s Circle: a space where you can be yourself, feel seen, connect with other women and perhaps leave with a little more clarity about your own path.

If you’re standing on the edge of saying YES to an evening of nourishment, grounding and genuine connection, let these women’s words be your sign.

✨ Saturday, 12 September
✨ 6–9 pm
✨ Park House Studios, Elanora Heights

All the details and bookings are available through the link in my bio.

And to every woman who shared her beautiful words: thank you. You are the reason these events feel so special. I always look forward to welcoming you back—you truly enrich my life and the community we’re creating together. 💕

I love art! That much should be clear by now. 🎨

What I love most about it, is it’s incredible diversity. The opportunity to see the world through someone else’s eyes. The many ways artists interpret and express the world around us are endlessly inspiring.

This weeks visit to Sydney Contemporary was also a beautiful reminder of how important it is to step away from everyday life occasionally. To pause, experience something different and make space for fresh thoughts and inspiration.

And perhaps this is another not-so-subtle hint from me… 😉 Next week’s Women’s Circle is your invitation to do exactly that: step away from the everyday and take an evening just for you. ✨

Come and join us. 🤍 Link in bio.

Sometimes a change of scenery is all you need to actually get stuff done. 💻☕️

That’s really what my Co-Work Days are about.

Bring your laptop, settle in, work on the things you’ve been putting off and enjoy being surrounded by other people doing the same.

There’ll be plenty of coffee, a good lunch, conversations around the table and time to just… work.

And because we’re all there anyway, we might as well make the most of it. 😉

📸 I’ll have my camera ready if you’d like to finally update that LinkedIn or website portrait.

💭 And this time, Chrissie Gore is joining us for an optional group coaching session to give you some space to think about “What’s Next?”

But mostly, it’s a day to get out of your usual routine, be productive, eat well and enjoy some good company.

Wednesday 19 August | 10am–3pm
Park House Studios, Elanora Heights

Come spend the workday with us. 🤍

Full house at the very first Wool & Wellbeing afternoon held in the studio.

A big thanks to all the wonderful women for being open to learn, share and move with joy!

It was a fun afternoon and hard to drop the needles when it was time to wrap up.

The next one is already in the making…stay tuned.

The joy I feel at the sight of baskets of wool is almost ridiculous.

If you are also a wool lover or want to become one, knit and do yoga with us this Saturday!

I am a very analogue person and it gives me great pleasure to knead dough, sift compost soil, knit socks or form clay into unsteady cups and bowls.

These are (apart from yoga) some of my favourite ways to meditate – to immerse myself in the present moment.

They aren’t things I do daily. Some, like baking bread, I do weekly, some I do whenever I find the time. But whenever I return to them, these practices reward me with a deep satisfaction

If you want to learn how to knit or crochet, now is the perfect time! Maybe you are an experienced knitter and you keep telling yourself that next Monday you’ll finally start with yoga, because your back and your shoulders feel really stiff?

My dear friend Kathrin (an absolute legend for all things hand-made) and I invite you to an afternoon of yoga and knitting (or crocheting) to learn a new skill, immerse yourself in the here and now, connect with other amazing women and leave with your very own hand-made scarf to wear this winter. It is hard to put in to words what it means for 19 women to gather for a cause so close to my heart. Hosted by the incredible @frame_photography.ch & @8elementswellness, the afternoon was one of connection, sisterhood, awareness, advocacy and so much more.

I was able to share my story to a room full of women. Some I knew and some I met for the first time that day. I was able to share the story of my diagnosis and how I have turned that in to showing up for myself, every day.

I didn’t choose to get breast cancer, but I can choose how to live my life in a way that builds my strength & character. I wasn’t sure what moving back to Australia 2 years ago would hold and the uplifting group of women that has surrounded me since has been one of the most amazing parts.

Also, a flower bar? Such a gorgeous idea! 🌸💐

💗 On Monday, 19 women put themselves first. Be Seen in Pink!💞

We gathered as a community of lovely women to learn something new, talk about a subject that can still feel a little taboo, hear powerful thriver stories, enjoy delicious food and a sound healing, take some fun pink portraits and create a take home flower bouquet 💐

I am so proud of everyone who showed up — for themselves, for one another, and for this important cause💞 national breast cancer foundation

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to making this event such a warm, compassionate, and uplifting experience. My heart is full and my mind is already thinking about the next one! 🌸

Together we rise 💗 Be Seen in Pink!

10 beautiful people gathered around one table… ✨

To relax.
To create.
To connect.

And what an incredible evening it became.

Not only did everyone leave with colourful canvases to remember the night by, but also with that beautiful feeling that can only exist when surrounded by likeminded souls 💫

There was laughter, creativity, wine, paint everywhere… and so much genuine connection too.

I’m still smiling thinking about it all. Thank you to everyone who made this Sip & Paint evening so special 💕👨‍🎨👩‍🎨
