MY WHY GOES BEYOND FITNESS. 🤎

My passion for fitness started in 2018, while working as a professional dancer and training alongside sports performance coaches. But my purpose became so much bigger when I started working as a nanny.

I witnessed firsthand how much women pour into everyone around them. Being mothers, wives, friends, and career-driven women, constantly showing up for others while often putting themselves last.

I remember telling the moms I worked with, “You’re a mom 24/7. I’m here for you for 8 hours a day. Whatever you need, I’m here.”

And that same mindset became the foundation of Rehema Fitness. I wanted to be someone who showed up for the women who were always showing up for everyone else.

As I grew as a trainer, my WHY continued to evolve.
I began working with older women experiencing discomfort in their hips, knees, and shoulders. That’s when I started prioritizing mobility alongside strength training, helping women move better, maintain their independence, and feel more confident in their everyday lives.

I’ve also had the privilege of supporting women managing diabetes, high cholesterol, and other health challenges as they transformed their eating habits, became more active, and improved their overall health. Some have even shared milestones of no longer needing certain medications under their doctors’ care.

Those moments remind me that fitness is about SO MUCH MORE than physical appearance.
It’s about being able to get up without pain. Having the strength and energy to enjoy life. Feeling confident in your body. Building habits that allow you to live a healthier, more fulfilling life.

✨ If you resonate with the women I’m passionate about supporting, I’d LOVE to connect with you! Whether your goal is to build strength, improve your health, or simply start prioritizing YOU, I’m here to help.

💌 DM me “COACHING” and let’s work toward becoming the strongest, healthiest version of YOU! 💪🏾

HI! 🤎

Let me reintroduce myself to those who are new here and those who have already allowed me to be part of their fitness journey!

My name is Rehema! I’m a personal trainer, online fitness and nutrition coach, and I’m so glad you’re here!

My goal has always been to help you become the strongest, healthiest, and most confident version of yourself.

I believe fitness is about so much more than how you look. It’s about how you move, how you feel, and the habits you build along the way.

From moving without pain and improving your mobility to building strength, losing body fat, and creating healthier habits that fit your lifestyle. I want to help you feel your best inside and outside the gym.

And now, I’m so excited to offer more ways for us to work together through 1:1 training, small-group classes, and online fitness and nutrition coaching! 💪🏾

No matter where you’re starting, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. We’re in this together!

Vulnerable moment alert lol🫣🫶🏾

I Couldn’t picked a better song to describe what my life has been like this year, birthdays are always hard for me but this one has been the best one ever 🩵

Thank you for everyone who came to celebrate me, those who couldn’t make it but sent their love, and those who just love me period. It would be quite impossible for me to put all of the people that have been here for me and have loved me through everything in one room let alone 20 pictures😂

Every chapter of life I’ve walked through I tend to collect and keep more and more wholesome, caring, and authentic people along the way and for that reason, i love my life 💕
