This is what building the right way looks like - from the ground up. 🏗️ At 1015 Doizer Place in Nashville, we’re turning one lot into two stunning HPR residences, each around 2,200 sq ft, designed to stand out in a market where being different isn’t optional, it’s everything. But what makes this project truly special isn’t just the build. It’s the partnership. Chris came in knowing exactly what he wanted in a builder:
✅ On time
✅ On budget
✅ Communication that never drops the ball That’s not a wish list. That’s our standard. From the moment the old structure came down to the day we hand over the keys, every decision, every update, every milestone is handled with precision and transparency. Because for a first-time new construction investor, clarity isn’t a luxury. It’s the foundation everything else is built on. And Chris? He’s not slowing down. In just 2 months he’s picked up multiple properties and we’re proud to be the team building alongside him. If you’re watching this and you’re ready to break ground on something great, DM us. Let’s build together. #NewConstruction #NashvilleRealEstate #RealEstateInvesting #RealEstateDeveloper #OffMarket

Decent Week. Tuesday: Secured a deal for my client at $30K under asking, with max allowable concessions—adding another door to his portfolio. I don’t put my realtor hat on often, but when I do, I make it count! Thursday: Had surgery on my Achilles (grateful for the support and blessings I received from all of you, so many people reached out 🧡 Friday: Closed on 2 new projects with two longtime friends—excited for what’s ahead! Friday (again!): Moved in a new tenant for one of our rentals.

3 years ago I took the leap. Moved to Nashville and slept on @rei_wolfe and @kurthinvests couch while I started my real estate career! Although we have done countless deals together, we officially closed on our first buy and hold for future development as a team. First of many collabs! #Nashville
