On 14th August I had my first 6 course tasting menu for 80 people, that sold out within 2 weeks! What a crazy couple of weeks it has been- probably one of the most difficult and challenging periods of time that I’ve experienced but by God’s grace we managed to power through it!

I wanna say a big THANK YOU to everybody that bought a ticket and came out. It was so nice speaking to most of you and just being able to see live in front of me the people that support was a surreal feeling. A big THANK YOU also to everyone that helped me along the journey. It was a serious MOVIE on the day I can’t even lie 😅

Rings are a great addition to your calisthenics equipment. They are portable, inexpensive and can be set up pretty much anywhere you can hang something. The exercises that can be performed on these are endless and it will force you to activate more core muscles. I like to switch it up from bar to rings from time to time. If you haven’t got a set already I highly recommend getting a pair.
