Day 1 at India Art Festival done. Back home. Tired but very satisfied with the response and love by the Mumbaikars. Ivan’s presence to explain his highly detailed, exceptionally skilled, and funky theme art works. Reinar’s @reinarforeman paintings are drawing significant crowd for their vivacious colours. A wholesome and enjoyable day with so many friends and guests dropping by, including Victor Gorelykh Director Russian House in Mumbai @russianhouse_mumbai Anand Rathore Writer @anandrathore9 ,and others. Look forward to Day 2 for more fun and engagement.

Ivan Yazykov will be present during the festival. He is a graphic artist and graduate of the Stroganov Academy of Fine Arts. Using a rapidograph, he creates meticulously detailed, fantastical compositions with an abundance of ciphers and details that can be difficult to discern without a magnifying glass. Forbes.ru highlighted him in the list of Top 20 Most Selling Russian Artists in Nov 25.

Reinar A Foreman, born in 1993, is a self-taught artist from Iceland who began to define himself as such at the age of 22. His universe is made of a palette of brilliant and almost artificial colors, with the notable influence of Francis Bacon, Jean-Michel Basquiat and Andy Warhol.
His paintings overflow with intensity: in the boldness of colors, shapes, and contrast between his silhouettes and the space in which they are located. The medium is mostly oil on canvas, the manner of painting is extremely free and even spontaneous. The canvases are custom made, stretched backwards with coarse texture.
After having been exhibited in several galleries in Europe (Reykjavik, Berlin, Moscow, Paris), Foreman is establishing his presence internationally. His works are in private collections.
Reinar’s works, co-curated by Olga Lystsova were displayed at Urban Fringe - the underground studio in Nov-Dec 2025 and the show was inaugurated by Iceland Ambassador H.E. Benedikt Höskuldsson and his spouse Hjördis Magnúsdóttir @magnusdottir.hjordis
