Hit the gym today with Martin and C-Bomb, and honestly, it’s been the most beautiful day.

Helping other people get out of themselves also takes me away from my own selfish thoughts and feelings. I suppose it’s being selfless in a slightly selfish way, but it works — and it feels good to be there for others.

I finished my day with a video call of over 50 minutes with Trouble, and I’m so fucking grateful for the friendship we have. We can simply be ourselves with each other, regardless of anything else.

It’s not only Trouble, either. The friendships I have with Martin, who is my sponsor, C-Bomb, and my grandad sponsor — my sponsor’s sponsor — have become family to me. I’m feeling pretty soppy tonight, but I don’t care.

Today, I’m happy to be exactly who I am. I’m not hiding from my feelings or pretending to be someone else anymore. As long as I’m not harming anyone, I’m going to remain honest about who I am and how I feel.

Today also marked another step forward. At 12 p.m., the conditional order for my divorce was read out, and from 28 August, the final order can be applied for.

A chapter is closing, a new one is opening, and today I’m 165 days sober. I have to trust God’s will and God’s timing completely.

What a day to be grateful.

Had to get this out now but updating by the minute. Swipe across for the epic line up!

Fired up and overwhelmed by all the genuine love and support I’m receiving for Saturday’s benefit jam. Very grateful and blessed to curate and connect such a talented array or artists, performers and contributors from across the spectrum @dkhap in the beating heart of South London.

We are transforming this historic adventure playground into an open arts festival for the creative community. Raising awareness for this vital local charity and it’s mission.

Get in touch to get involved. Share this to the right people with the right vibe. It’s all about connecting incredible minds here.

Note: Some artists have respectfully asked to remain anonymous. Understood. 🫡

More artists and performers TBA.

See you there! 🙌🏻🙏🔥🌟✨💗
