Calm, Stress Relief, Sleep 🔁 Relax AF (Relax As Foundation).
It’s the calming music and visual project from Tom Iansek - As an avid user of instrumental music for many years to aid meditation and bolster mental health, Tom is turning his hand to the healing space, bringing his own experience and sensibilities to create a fresh and approachable place for others to find space and calm within their own lives.

Created as a space for stillness, clarity and restoration, Relax AF crafts immersive instrumental music for calm, deep focus, meditation and sleep, blending soothing textures and gentle piano. The project incorporates both music as well as guided visuals for meditation and brain breaks.
