—

Success isn’t accidental.
When you put in enough work,
failure becomes unreasonable.

The real risk
is not doing too much,
but never doing enough.

—

Many people think the cost of failure is too high.

But the real cost is not rejection,
it’s living with regret years later,

knowing you never tried.
“No” isn’t the worst outcome.

Regret is.

Real confidence doesn’t come from affirmations.

It comes from proof.

—

You do not attract what you want.
You attract the state you embody.

When your internal framework changes,

external outcomes follow—inevitably.

Jensen Huang’s success stems from a philosophy of investing in the plumbing of a future that hasn't arrived yet. The most critical decision was the 2006 launch of CUDA, which essentially turned gaming chips into general-purpose supercomputers. For years, investors viewed this as a waste of resources because it added cost to their products without a clear market, but Huang remained committed to the belief that parallel computing would eventually find its killer app.

That application turned out to be deep learning. Because Nvidia had spent over a decade building a software ecosystem while others focused only on hardware, they became the only viable choice when the AI boom hit. This translates to an investment style centered on high-conviction bets and the "cost of not doing it."

Instead of following current trends, Huang invests in foundational technologies that have the potential to solve incredibly difficult problems, knowing that if the technology is powerful enough, the market will eventually materialize around it. This transition from a niche hardware maker to an AI infrastructure titan shows that dominance is often the result of being the only one prepared for a revolution that everyone else thought was impossible.
