We were proud to sponsor former #ArdentAthlete and Villanova football alum Tyrell Mims' Back 2 Give Back Football Day at Martin Luther King
High School in Philly. 💙🏈

Our team was there to host a financial literacy session and
help attendees build smart money habits. We're grateful for the opportunity to support leaders like Tyrell who are making an impact in the communities we serve.

Thanks, @rellmims, for having us!

Some families give back for generations.

Today our Ward Leader @patwjonessr stopped by to support Tyrell Mims' 2nd Annual Back 2 Give Back Football Day at Martin Luther King High School.

Tyrell, a Germantown native, Parkway graduate, former Villanova football standout, and now a college football coach, is using his platform to pour back into the next generation through football, life skills, and financial literacy.

For me, this event was also a reminder that service runs in families. Tyrell is the grandson of Adrienne Mims, our committee person in the 59th Ward's 6th Division, and the cousin of Craig Reed, our committee person in the 9th Division, and former Ward Leader and Councilmember Donna Reed Miller. Their commitment to this community is continuing through another generation.

It was great seeing so many young people engaged, asking questions, learning, competing, and being encouraged by coaches and mentors who have walked the path before them.

Thank you, Tyrell, and everyone who made this day possible. This is what investing in our community looks like.
