This is a perfect autumn day at home look for me, but I can throw on an oversized coat and feel put together in a chic yet relaxed way to go out for coffee. The wool/cashmere mix knit feels more elevated than sweatshirt fabric but still has the casual feel of loungewear. What's not to love 🍂🍁🤍

My September

I try not to preach about buying Preloved but this September I fully embraced turning up on here most days showcasing my daily Preloved outfits in honour of second hand September

I set myself a challenge to wear pieces that I felt I didn’t wear enough and my goodness how I loved actually thinking about getting dressed again. So often we lapse into default clothing, mine being jeans and shirt albeit always pieces with a point of difference and then elevating with jewellery, shoes and bag 🥰

What I personally learned is that I shop at just a handful of places so my loyalty shows in my shopping habits too

But the most important take was the volume of messages and love from you guys. The fact that I inspired so many of you to think a little more about your daily attire, to visit your wardrobes and have a play, to part with items you no longer wear, to not only shop Preloved bags but to expand your shopping patterns to include Preloved everything, to shop for your personality as opposed to following trends, to be confident in your choices and to dress for yourself, nobody else

When you find a style of dress that works so perfectly...(repeat it in different colours and fabrics)

I loved this colour palette too...burgundy and tan with an accent of grey and this feels like a proper autumn outfit. I shall be repeating this one!

Here we are in the middle of the week again and I have a very important question. What does one wear to a Duran Duran concert!? Never have I overthought an outfit in advance before...answers in the comments pleasssseeeee. 🙏🫶🏻 I have 6 days to sort it out!

Morning. Hope you had a good weekend 😊

Some recent selfie outfit shots. Not everything gets onto the grid as a reel, so I try to take a snap every day (it's surprising how some days I completely forget!). I'm also wearing things I have a question mark on in my head, and culling if I don't feel good in them...so the tan leather skirt for example, is now gone! Nothing wrong with it, but just a bit too similar to another one I have and prefer. So out it went.

Looking at these outfits I'm still not wearing a lot of colour at the moment am I. Note to self to rectify that. Fortunately, I have a lovely red sweater arriving soon so that should sort it out!

Morning everyone! (Yes I'm trying again! #ifyouknowyouknow)

Another little dive into my wardrobe today, sharing some of my favourite pre-loved coats and jackets.

I've found some amazing pieces, all in pretty much as new condition. I like to work on a one in, one (or more) out rule, so although I'm adding to my collection, I try to move pieces on if I'm not wearing them or I have something similar. I'd rather have one perfect coat than several that are 'not quite right'.

I bought it earlier this year but then the long hot summer arrived so it's been patiently waiting for Autumn. 🍂🍁

I'll be wearing it with as many outfits as I can because it needs to be worn lots!

In other news I had a very anxious day yesterday as I prepared to transfer to my new phone. Every time I do this I manage to lose things and forget all my log in passwords. Well, I was pleasantly surprised that the process a) took hardly any time and b) I lost nothing!
(Feeling smug).

Plus it's Friday which is my favourite day! Have a lovely one. 😍

Summer is definitely over! These have been my warm autumnal outfits over the last few (confusing 🤣) weeks! Some warmer than others! But always some colour present 💝 Jacket weather is back to stay.. well for 6 months at least … and I’m here for it! 💚❤️💛💖💗

I almost didn't post this because I wondered if the outfit was a bit boring...but then I decided that really it's important to have good basics to underpin your wardrobe and this look was an example of that.

I've recently refreshed my plan black and white t shirt collection because when you're not sure what top to wear, one of those nearly always works. You've also seen this grey cardigan on my shoulders countless times. I wear it most often like this.

So these things aren't exciting but they are useful and make great foundations to an outfit.
