A little appreciation post for @rem.pilates 🤎✨ Pilates has truly become a newfound love for me. As a mom with a toddler, taking the time to reconnect with my body, pour back into myself, and get my mental back in tune has been so much more special and important than I realized. 🥹 REM has become more than just a place I come to work out. It genuinely feels like a community filled with fun, beautiful, uplifting women who make showing up for myself something I actually look forward to. 🫶🏼 And a HUGE shoutout to all of the instructors who bring their own energy, encouragement, and personality to every class. You ladies make the experience what it is, and I’m so thankful I found this little space for myself. 🤎 Strong body, clearer mind, happier mama. ✨
