SOME PEOPLE ARE JUST YOUR PEOPLE.

Vegas gave me incredible memories, unforgettable moments, and some of the most amazing humans I could ever ask to have in my life!!!!

Some of these beautiful souls I've known for years, and others I've only just met… but somehow, it feels like we've known each other forever. Like our paths were always meant to cross.

Different stories, different journeys, old friendships, new connections… but the same beautiful hearts. The laughter, the hugs, the conversations, the memories, and the feeling of being surrounded by people who just GET you. There's something truly special about that. ❤️

Life is about so much more than the places we go or the things we do. It's about the PEOPLE who make those moments unforgettable. And these ladies and gents? They're the kind of treasure money could never buy. 🥹💎

I'll treasure every single one of you, the memories we've made, and all the moments still waiting for us. Until we meet again, my friends… keep shining, keep loving, and never underestimate how much brighter you make this world just by being YOU.

Because some friendships take years to build… and some souls just feel like home from the very beginning. 🫶🏼

🎶 You are my treasure! ❤️

Stop saying you “ONLY” lost 5 pounds. Or 10. Or 20

You still did the work. You still showed up. You still moved forward.

And please stop giving yourself these random deadlines like you have to lose X amount by summer, your birthday, vacation, or some imaginary finish line.

It does not matter how long it takes.

Progress is progress, and the goal is still the goal. Keep going. ❤️

Breast cancer doesn’t care what your journey looked like before it showed up. 💗

This week on Our Sleeved Life Podcast, we’re sharing the story of a bariatric patient who went on to face breast cancer and SURVIVE it.

Her story is such an important reminder that our health journey doesn’t stop after weight loss surgery. Know your body, pay attention when something changes, and stay on top of the screenings your medical team recommends. Finding breast cancer earlier can mean more treatment options and better outcomes.

🎙️ Her story is coming this week on OSLP. Please share this with someone you love.
