🎶 “Barkanal” in the building! 🐾

Remy RemBunction - musician, writer, storyteller, and puppeteer, brought his incredible animal advocacy to the airwaves. He shared “Barkanal” w/ us today, a fun, creative anthem for the championing our intelligent, loyal, individual and CUTE local mixed-breed dogs! 🐕✨

He uses music to teach young people that animals are sentient beings who deserve compassion and respect. What do you think?? 🎶🔥

Look at these smiles! 😁✨

It is always a pleasure when I get to sit down with creatives who are using their gifts to make a difference. Today on the Mid Morning Mix, I chatted with the legendary Remy RemBunction.

We talked music, his original puppets, and his phenomenal work championing our local Pothounds. (Btw, we even got a little soca parang teaser…what was that again??? 👀 Drop it in the comments if you remember! 👇🏽

Stay tuned for the next post to hear a little “Barkanal”! 🐾🎭

History was made. @caribbeanmusicawards was held in the Caribbean for the first time — and it happened in the beautiful islands of Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹. You already know @marissadamagic had to be there!!

The stars aligned, and she got to witness the star-studded event first hand… reconnecting with industry friends, meeting a few new ones, and soaking up the culture, the musical performances, and the awards themselves.

Stay tuned for the review on air this week… The good. The bad. The ugly. Join over a million listeners each and every weekend. Keep it locked!!!__________________________________________

I’ve been privileged enough to share spaces with many talented people in my lifetime, but bringing something as unique as Puppet Pavilion to life was truly special.

From an idea stemmed by the big bro @rembunction to managing a room for five days filled with creativity, imagination and most importantly, love, was truly rewarding to say the least.

To everyone who believed in the vision wholeheartedly and helped make the very first Puppet Pavilion possible - I must give thanks 🤲🏾🎭🇹🇹

It’s our last day and we are so excited to show you what our children created this past week…but first…a word from our sponsors. Puppet Pavilion wants to give a HUGE thank you to our sponsor — KFC Trinidad & Tobago! 🇹🇹🙌

KFC TT showed up for our Puppet Pavilion campers in the most delicious way possible — catering TWO days of meals for every child at camp this August! 🍗✨

Because every great puppet maker needs fuel to create.

KFC TT — you kept our campers fed, energised and smiling from ear to ear. We are so grateful to have you in the Puppet Pavilion family.

Thank you for investing in the next generation of T&T’s creative talent. That’s what community looks like.
