POV: You’re investing in your skin before everyone else starts thinking about it. ✨🤍

Winter is collagen banking season. ❄️

Microneedling stimulates your skin’s natural collagen and elastin production, helping to improve:
✨ Fine lines and wrinkles
✨ Skin texture and enlarged pores
✨ Skin firmness and elasticity
✨ Overall skin quality and radiance

Why winter? Less UV exposure can make it easier to protect your skin while it heals, making it a great time to start your skin-renewal journey.

Your future skin will thank you. 🤍

Come microneedling with me and let’s start investing in your skin now, not later.

Such a fun morning with @reme.house x @sportl.uk for my active recovery day. I try to find ways to move my body on some of my rest days and it was so easy to find options in the @sportl.uk app. Lots of other great options to pick from which I’ll go for next week 🤩✨
Feeling refreshed and ready to kick off my intense training back tomorrow.

the bits around the 9-6 🤓

I work full time, so most of Joiya happens in the hours around it, early morns, lunch break post office runs + an hour or two after work.

movement is probably the one bit I protect most. even if it’s a slow plod on the treadmill and a good book (thrillers always) or 20 mins on the mat in front of the telly (in my pjs), it’s the place my brain goes a little quiet for a while.

and I think that’s increasingly what I want Joiya to be about too. the socks are where it started, but the bigger idea is making movement feel like something you genuinely look forward to, less pressure, a little more personality, and a lot more joy ❤️‍🔥

I’m truly still figuring it out, and admittedly there’s always things I don’t get to. emails to send, ideas that lose their way, targets I want to hit.. and don’t, hours spent on website updates to end up undoing it all the day after 😅 and I DEFFO have multiple days where I feel like I could do more.

like most small biz startups, I spend a lot of time wishing for a cheeky lotto win to fund an unreal event, a teeny bit more time to put into brainstorming, and an extra bit of floor for storage 😂 but getting better at reminding myself building slowly is still building it!

it’s a crazy learning experience ~ still learning how to balance it, still very happy to be growing something in the bits in between.
