Big thanks to all our clients for continuing to trust our team and equipment on their projects.

🚁🎥 @paultheshort is an enigma. This video doesn’t even come close to the shot movements he can pull off.

24 years ago today I started working with Joe Mullings. I had interviewed in the nondescript office in Miami Lakes. There wasn't much to this office besides a mission statement on the wall. The exact words escape me, but it was along the lines of outworking and outsmarting everyone else in the industry. I had no idea the depth of truth behind that statement.

We worked endless hours and made the most challenging placements out of pure refusal to give up. I will never forget a search that was so frustrating I left the office, saying I will never do this business again. Joe convinced me to give it another day. Thankfully, I did.

We hired, moved offices, expanded capabilities. We developed recruiters that have grown into dominant players in the market. I have seen individuals lives change for the better because of this business.

As I reflect today, I appreciate our team that rallies together in the most difficult times. The support for each other makes me more excited for the future today than I was 24 years ago.

It’s just a start, but this is probably one the of the coolest things I’ve gotten to do. Thank you to all of y’all that have encouraged us to make our music. #localartist #supportlocalartists #newmusic
