AYNA 👁️
WOVEN LACE MINIDRESS

Originally created from leftover silk and wool knitted fabric, the dress took shape through experimental draping alongside Design Director Edoardo Pasini. Countless pieces of reclaimed lace were then incorporated through our weaving technique “il tramato” developed in our atelier on a domestic flatbed knitting machine, creating an almost bridal, swan-like silhouette.

After appearing in “2026”, a short film directed by @scamorzsk8 + @leoquindici , the dress unfortunately returned from a styling loan with a little souvenir: fake blood. Apparently, someone had other plans for our couture.

What seemed like an unfortunate accident became an opportunity for transformation. During a creative session at the atelier, with @ragazi.mi , @remstattoo picked up his airbrush and gave the dress a second life, covering its surface with an intricate anatomy of eyes. A recurring symbol in our visual language, reflecting, through @vainillato perspective, the many emotions and contradictions experienced by women.

An evolving piece shaped by different hands, unexpected accidents and months of experimentation.
One of the most iconic garments in our archive.
